• Drive the creation of new features that enhance user engagement and provide value to our customers.
• Manage and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Define and implement best practices for mobile development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product managers to align mobile app development with business goals and priorities.
• Work closely with the broader engineering team to ensure seamless integration and high‐quality code standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and career development for the mobile engineering team.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and frameworks to keep our technology cutting‐edge.

• Proven experience in mobile app development for iOS and/or Android.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring engineers.
• Expertise in mobile development frameworks, tools, and languages, such as Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services.
• Robust organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
