About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our civil construction projects from start to finish. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead and support site teams, driving performance and fostering a culture of efficiency, safety, and excellence.
What You'll Bring
* A trade qualification in Carpentry or Cert IV in Building & Construction (preferred)
* 8+ years' experience in construction, including 3+ years in a leading hand or supervisory role
* Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
* Sound IT skills and an eye for detail
* A proactive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for doing things right
Your responsibilities will include:
* Representing Milleen onsite – professionally and proudly
* Supervising and coordinating all trades, labour, plant and equipment
* Conducting pre-starts, safety reviews and maintaining site security, ensuring all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the job site
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
* Documenting and reporting site activity, hours, and progress
