We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Director, ContrACTs Senior System Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team supporting the ContrACTs system, a critical platform used across the ACT Government to manage projects, contracts, invoicing, and reporting for government-led initiatives. In this role, you will: Provide expert, high-quality support to a wide range of internal and external users. Lead and deliver engaging, targeted system training to build user confidence and capability. Develop, refine, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support materials to ensure consistent and efficient operations. Collaborate closely with senior leaders and act as the primary point of contact with our system vendor. Drive system governance and data quality while ensuring compliance with ACT Government finance and cybersecurity standards.
