Regional Lead Pharmacist Job Opportunity
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day management of designated pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with SA Pharmacy strategic priorities and regional goals. This is a dynamic leadership position where you will oversee a comprehensive range of pharmacy services, optimise patient outcomes, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective and responsive care.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape clinical practice, guide service delivery, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety and compliance. You will provide expert professional services, mentor and supervise a diverse team of pharmacists, interns, students and support staff, contribute to education, training and staff development, and play an active role in shaping policy and practice at local, regional and state-wide levels.

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent
* Current registration or eligibility with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
* Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy practice
* Proven leadership, supervisory or management experience
