This is a unique opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your own boutique, taking full accountability for crafting and executing a strategic business plan that attracts, retains, and inspires customers. What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in retail or assistant retail management, ideally within a premium or luxury environment.
* A passion for delivering meaningful, memorable, and personalised experiences for every customer.
* Confidence in business planning — from setting and reviewing goals, to analysing performance and supporting your team to succeed.
* Proven expertise in store operations, with a focus on inventory management, facilities coordination, and cash reconciliation.
* A collaborative leadership style, fostering a culture of curiosity, care, and achievement.
* Experience conceptualising and delivering in-store events that bring the brand to life.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work across retail hours — including evenings, weekends, and special events.
* Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
