Administration officer - Corporate Services
Level 3 - $99,147.86 per annum (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance) + 12% Superannuation + 6 weeks annual leave. Residential Role | Site-Based
The Role
The Administration Officer, Corporate Services is responsible for supporting the Director and the divisions 5 teams. We're seeking a highly motivated person who thrives on teamwork and is committed to delivering results.
Requirements
We are looking for:
* High-level experience in coordinating office administration functions
* Knowledge and skills gained through a combination of experience and on-the-job training. Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent ideal but not essential
* Ability to prepare and work to timelines, reviewing and controlling corporate documentation
* Support in preparation of agenda and minutes for Council and project meetings
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
* Great communication skills and tech‑savvy
* Someone who brings drive and energy to the workplace each and every day

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre‑employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
* Diploma of Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Current 'C' class driver's license
* Right to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance
