About The Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers, ensuring that they get the most out of our milking and digital farming systems. This will involve working closely with farmers, advisors, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
You'll also provide training and coaching to Lely Centre FMS Advisors, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in this role. Additionally, you will work closely with local advisors to achieve the best results for farmers.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
* Provide training and coaching to Lely Centre FMS Advisors, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
* Work closely with local advisors to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that benefit farmers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, advisors, and suppliers.
Requirements
* A degree in agriculture or a related field, preferably with a focus on dairy farming or farm management.
* Strong understanding of dairy farm operations and the ability to interpret farm data.
* Experience working with robotic/automated dairy equipment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A willingness to travel regularly, both locally and internationally.
