About The Role
WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our clients dynamic team within the property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
Hours
Monday to Friday. Start 8.30am, finish 5.00pm
What You Will Be Doing
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
* Greet and assist clients, tenants, and visitors in a professional manner
* Manage meeting room bookings and maintain reception area
* Provide general administrative support to the office team
* Assist with filing, data entry, and correspondence
What You Will Need
* Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills
* Proficient computer skills and confident with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Professional presentation and clear communication
* Drivers licence
* An interest in building a career within the property or real estate sector
