About the Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting our field technicians and ensuring the smooth coordination of service and maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Scheduling and coordinating technicians and contractors
Ensuring timely completion of scheduled maintenance
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Assisting with estimating and quoting
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Managing job progress and keeping clients informed
Data entry and reporting
Database management and backlog support
Assisting with end of month invoicing
Working on aged receivable reports where required
General administrative support
What You'll Bring
Experience in a service coordination role (electronic security industry preferred)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
A customer-first mindset and calm approach under pressure
Ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
A team player with the ability to work independently
A positive, solutions-focused attitude
Experience with simPRO is a bonus, but not essential
