Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Fund Service Senior Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, liaising with stakeholders, and reviewing work produced for submission to senior level staff.
Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of alternative investment funds, including liaison with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries.
* Handle fund accounts, prepare periodic reports and regulatory reports, and coordinate audits.
* Prepare net asset value calculations and year-end financial statements.
* Coordinate investor servicing, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and shareholder statements.
* Organise and participate in board meetings and shareholders' meetings.
* Review tax returns and maintain relevant contacts with tax authorities.
Requirements
* A university degree in Accounting & Finance or Economics.
* Fully qualified Accountant (e.g. ACCA/CPAA/CIMA/ACA).
* 3-5 years of experience in alternative investment fund administration, audit firms, or domiciliation.
* Fluency in English.
* Team spirit, strong client relationships, and ability to take initiative.
