We are now looking for a dynamic Operations & Logistics Manager to work with and lead our high-performance team in Townsville, with the opportunity to progress your career to Branch Manager in the future.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end logistics, warehouse operations, and fleet management, ensuring efficient, safe, and customer-focused outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will occasionally step into operational duties to support the team, excellent onboarding and training will be provided from the start of your employment.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling of all employees/vehicles for local, interstate, & international removals
* Careful daily planning/resourcing of crew onto booked removals/jobs
* Mentoring of crew
* Briefing/Debriefing of crew
* Induction/onboarding management
* Contractor invoicing management
* Monthly reporting
* Manage warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
* Monitor driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and compliance
* Maintain accurate inventory systems and stock control processes
* Well developed computer skills using MS suite
* Ensure OH&S compliance, quality standards, and safe work practice
* Resolve issues that arise and maintain high levels of customer service
* Proven history of commitment to provide exceptional customer service
* Forklift Licence is an advantage, we can help you obtain your forklift licence
