Rayne Recruitment is working with an iconic Australian organisation. They are seeking a .NET Technical Lead / Mentor for a Perth-based software development project.
Please note this is a hands-on development role - leading by example - with technical leadership and mentoring duties to encourage and guide a small development team to successful project delivery.
We would love to speak with anyone confident covering the following:
* Strong .NET experience - senior/lead/principal level
* Previous experience in a lead software development role
* Confident leading coding/development aspects of projects and teams of 10-15 developers
* Python, Cloud, Databases, AI experience beneficial
