 
        
        **How will I Help?**
As the Manager for Supplier Inclusion & Diversity, you will be responsible for developing and communicating Supplier inclusion strategies, delivering diverse supplier initiatives, building capability and commitment through Group Procurement and the business for social procurement practices. The role is responsible for driving inclusion of Indigenous and Diverse suppliers in the Group's supply chain and supporting delivery of the Group's Reconciliation Action Plan.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and communicate Indigenous and Diverse supplier strategies and enablers to the Group Procurement function. 
- Support the Head of Sustainability & Diversity to provide advice and guidance to the Group Procurement Leadership and broader team. 
- Support delivery of spend targets and other commitments for Raising the Bar initiative and Westpac's Reconciliation Action Plan 
- Identify opportunities to introduce, promote and advocate for high potential Indigenous and Diverse suppliers into procurement processes. 
- Research external market to determine leading practice and ensure Westpac is considering best in class opportunities.

**What do I need?** 
- Excellent level of communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 
- The ability to extract data, critically analyse it and utilise the findings for strategic purposes. 
- A background in procurement is desired but not essential. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems, Tableau, and power BI desirable.
