We are seeking a suitably experienced Project Director to spearhead up and coming major civil infrastructure projects based in Perth. This rewarding key leadership opportunity will enable you to play a pivotal role in building a positive team culture that collaborates, trusts, and empowers one another to perform above expectation, whilst creating opportunities for the team to learn new skills and develop their career further.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
* Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Director on large-scale infrastructure projects.
* Successful Alliance and/or Managing Contractor form of contract delivery (Defence sector experience preferred).
* Demonstrated high commercial acumen, strong leadership, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work with internal and external clients, influence outcomes and manage relationships.
* Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
