You will oversee the daily operations of a community supermarket, ensuring operational excellence across retail standards and team development.
Key responsibilities include ordering, merchandising, and sale of stock, managing sales performance and budgets, leading and training a diverse team, and maintaining store presentation and merchandising standards.
The role requires strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of financials, stock control, and compliance, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a calm, adaptable approach.
Candidates must have proven experience in retail management, full Australian working rights, and the ability to obtain a National Police Check.
