Your day to day
* Supplier & Vendor Oversight – Lead supplier performance, ensure compliance with contracts, and oversee Phase 1 & 2 deliverables.
* Delivery & Risk Management – Analyse delivery data, resolve site issues, manage risks, and lead forums for difficult site acquisition.
* Stakeholder Engagement & Escalation – Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and act as the escalation point for SAED-related issues.
* Process Improvement & Governance – Enhance SAED processes, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain governance structures.
* Reporting & Strategic Communication – Provide delivery updates to leadership, escalate critical issues, and communicate changes in strategy to suppliers.
Your Skills To Pay The Bills
* Extensive experience in end-to-end project and program management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage risks with strong problem-solving and contingency planning skills.
* Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management, with excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
* Strong technical understanding of Mobile RAN and Transmission Architecture.
* Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
