Position Title: Allied Health Inpatient & Residential Care Program Classification: EP71 G3 Y1 Salary per hour: $52.70 superannuation generous salary packaging options Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 to 72 hours per fortnight Award: Allied Health Professionals (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise agreement 2021-2026 Role description The Allied Health Program Lead for the Inpatient and Residential programs is a Senior Clinician position in the At Home Programs. The Allied Health Program lead will work in multi-disciplinary teams to lead and support Allied Health Care pathways across the inpatient, at home and residential aged care settings, focus on quality multi-disciplinary care, the ultimate aim is to offer an alternative to hospital-based care in the home or place of residence. The position will work closely with other Program Leads, Coordinators and Allied Health Professional leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services within an evidence-based framework across the inpatient, at home and residential aged care settings. Supporting flow and transition of care between inpatient, residential and at home care settings is a key component of this leadership role. The role will include both provision of clinical consultation and direct clinical care across both the inpatient, at home and residential settings at a Senior Clinician level commensurate with the discipline. This position is in line with value-based health care that strives to deliver efficient and effective services that improve the health outcomes that matter to clients, improve the consumer experience of receiving care, and improve the staff experience of providing care.
