**Why this role matters** Samaritan House Geelong (SHG) plays a vital role within this network, providing essential services and collaborative support to some of the community's most vulnerable individuals. **About the role** As the Samaritan House Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a vital homelessness support facility providing leadership in service coordination, volunteer onboarding and rostering, tenancy related administration, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Support Services Team Leader, this is a Permanent Full Time onsite role based in Geelong, Victoria. Onboard and roster volunteers across Samaritan House Geelong and TSA Homelessness Barwon systems. Complete case notes, internal forms, SAMIS data entry and administrative tasks within required timeframes. A qualification in Social Work or other relevant tertiary studies or extensive experience in homelessness or community services. Experience and resilience in supporting clients with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and partner agencies.
