Role Overview
We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the position of Deployment Technician.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the deployment, configuration, and installation of hardware and software systems across various environments.
* Ensure end-user devices are correctly configured, tested, and deployed according to company standards.
* Carry out device configuration activities including imaging, software deployment, and component installation.
* Perform stock picking, asset application, packaging, and data entry tasks.
* Assist with deploying, imaging, and decommissioning bulk computer spaces.
* Undertake onsite delivery and deployment activities including physical unboxing, device setup, software transfer, and cable management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A certificate or higher course related to Information Technology.
* An above-average understanding of MacOS and WindowsOS.
* Experience in fast-paced customer service, retail, and/or operations roles.
* A Construction Induction (White Card) is required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and a professional attitude.
Benefits and Requirements
Travel on-site to our head office in Notting Hill and to client sites in Melbourne. Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions. A National Police Check and a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check will be required.
