There is an opportunity for an Administration assistant for our manufacturing site in Fremantle North.
Reporting directly to the office manager, this role requires versatility and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants need to possess sound administration skills and can demonstrate the ability to self-manage, work autonomously and think logically.
To be considered for this position, you will possess the following qualities;
What You Need
- To demonstrate you have sound administration and co-ordination skills, through prior positions held.
- Be able to work as part of a Team
- High quality verbal and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate with transporters, customer service, operations personnel, suppliers.
- Able to conduct purchasing tasks: Ordering materials/services, Goods Receipting, working with SAP
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to work autonomously are a must.
- Good Excel skills, able to work with spreadsheets.
