Join Gather by Cater Care as a Catering Assistant at Ipswich Grammar School and become part of a supportive, high-energy team delivering great food and service every day.
We're looking for a hands‐on team player with a positive, can‐do attitude and a friendly personality who thrives in a fast‐paced kitchen environment. In this role, you'll assist with meal preparation, food service, and help maintain a welcoming dining experience for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality customer service, always with a positive attitude
* Assist with preparing and serving food, including meals and snacks
* Ensure all dishes are washed and the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and safe
* Maintain stock levels, replenishing items as required and following meal service
* Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
Desired Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in food preparation and/or customer service
* Demonstrated ability to support kitchen operations and service delivery
* Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and food safety standards
* Reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
* Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast‐paced environment
