Customer Service Officer – Somersby NSW
As the Customer Service Officer, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and play an essential role in representing our business. Customers are the key to our continued success, and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time.
In This Role You Will
* Provide excellent customer service by phone and email.
* Process orders promptly and accurately.
* Provide sales and support using your product knowledge.
* Keep customers updated and inform them of order updates.
* Understand and comply with Chain of Responsibility laws for configuration of orders and transport.
* Perform additional duties as needed.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, totaling 8 hours per day, including a lunch break. You will work from home on Fridays.
About You
* Customer service experience.
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail with accurate data‐entry abilities.
* Positive attitude and strong problem‐solving skills.
