Be part of an exciting new chapter at David Jones Chatswood Chase, Sydney's premier shopping destination. Reopening on 23rd October 2025, the centre is being reimagined as a world-class hub for luxury retail, dining, and lifestyle.
We're on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our FLAGSHIP RODD & GUNN concession at this iconic location.

In this role, you'll be the face of the brand - leading from the front, inspiring your team, and delivering memorable experiences that keep our customers coming back.
You'll manage all aspects of store operations, visual merchandising, and team development, while ensuring world-class service is at the heart of everything you do.
At the core of your role is building authentic relationships and ensuring customers choose you - again and again.

Sales to Budget

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Achieving sales & exceeding budgets
• Preparation of inventory for sales floor and visual merchandising
•Visual merchandising understanding and passion for growth
* Coaching a team to KPI excellence
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• A proven customer facing background- establishing and maintaining meaningful customer experiences
• Retail sales and customer service- men's fashion preferred but not essential
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for delivering world class customer service
