The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team at Hoppers Crossing, where they will contribute to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
* Prepare, prime, buff, and denib vehicles as per job sheet requirements, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
* Handle all vehicles with due care and attention, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the workshop.
* Adhere to our Occupational Health and Safety policy, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Prepper or Painting role within the automotive or similar industry is highly desirable.
* A strong commitment to working safely and adhering to best practices is essential.
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are crucial in this role.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team are key qualities we look for in our employees.
* Applicants must have full Australian work rights and a current driver's license (not essential).
