What You Will Do

* Operate and test advanced robotic polishing machines to ensure they meet precise optical tolerances.
* Develop and refine polishing processes for new materials and geometries, achieving exceptional surface control.
* Travel internationally to provide training and support to customers, sharing your expertise and ensuring successful machine operations.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of sophisticated software and polishing processes for optical materials.
* Collaborate with a team of experts to drive innovation and achieve excellence in ultra-precision polishing.
What You Will Bring
* A strong background in engineering, electrical engineering, or physical sciences.
* Practical experience in one or more of the following: optics, CNC machine operation, or ultra-precision metrology systems.
