We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to lead the delivery of our Dining Program – bringing people together through food, conversation and care.
About the Role
* Oversee daily kitchen operations and the Dining Program ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Lead and roster volunteer cooks, kitchen hands and waiting staff in achieving program objectives.
* Develop seasonal menus in collaboration with volunteers promoting healthy eating options.
* Manage inventory control, ordering and kitchen supplies to maintain efficiency.
