About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the delivery of projects from inception to commissioning, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, organizational policies, and occupational health and safety standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage water capital works projects within the Operations Department.
* Coordinate and undertake investigations, detailed designs, drafting, and estimates of projects to support the satisfactory completion of the capital works program.
* Participate in Project Portfolio Management reviews and contribute recommendations for process improvements.
* Ensure projects meet specified requirements for time, cost, scope, benefits, and risk.
Requirements
* A degree qualification in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Proof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authorization to work in Australia (visa).
* A valid Class C Driver's License.
* A current General Construction Induction card (White Card), issued by SafeWork NSW.
