About the Role
You'll play a critical role in enriching the daily lives of participants through in-home supports, community access, respite and Supported Independent Living. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, if you're values-aligned, eager to learn, and committed to making a real difference, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
* Experience supporting participants with physical disabilities and/or mental health needs
* Current Yellow Card, Blue Card, CPR/First Aid certification, and Medication Assistance Certification (required)
* A driver's licence (essential)
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, especially in challenging situations
* A "no drama", collaborative attitude and genuine love for working with people
* A flexible, person-centred mindset (it's not about you - it's about walking with them)
