Key Responsibilities
* Always uphold company values and customer service standards.
* Processing incoming online orders through our warehousing software.
* Picking and packing alongside other team members.Capable of heavy lifting (10-20 kg)
* Adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
* Gain and understand product and compliance knowledge.
* Upkeep of processing and dispatch accuracy.
* Adhere to all OHS requirements and report to management as required.
* Assist with receiving inbound stock when requested.
* And other duties as may be required, from time to time.Forklift licence (preferred but not essential)
Requirements
* Goal-oriented with a professional and personal development focus.
* High attention to detail will be tested.
* Ability to work at pace, multi-task and alternate between rolling your sleeves and contributing.
* A history of punctuality and reliability.
* Tech-savvy with computer processing skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Ability to be agile and dynamic in a consistently evolving environment.
* Be able to work both autonomously and within a team.
