We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to co-design and operationalise programs that drive Atlassian's Procurement transformation. You'll be a great fit for this role if you can identify process and system inefficiencies and implement ways to improve them, focusing on scale, quality and user experience.

**What you'll do**:
- Manage a skilled team of managers and analyst focusing on career development
- Identify, define, and lead the delivery of multiple procurement programs
- Manage program oversight, including reporting, methodologies and escalations
- Develop communication and change management strategy
- Manage procurement's process and policy documentation ensuring their accuracy, currency and accessibility
- Collaborate with team members to implement transformation programs
- Manage Procurement compliance on a global basis to increase compliance, speed & transparency to regulations
- Support the implementation and management of a procurement data analytics strategy to ensure the health of the procurement organisation
**Your background**:
- In-depth understanding of procurement elements and responsibilities: RFPs, Purchase Requests, Negotiations, Contracting, including procurement policies
- Management of global teams driving cohesion and excellence
- Expertise driving operational improvements, organisational change and project management
- Previous experience with procurement tools is required, experience with Coupa would be great.
- Experience managing interactions with suppliers and wide range of stakeholders
- Extensive experience analysing processes and data to identify areas for improving efficiency

Atlassian Procurement Team is part of the global Finance and Treasury department, within the CFO organisation. You will report to the Head of the Procurement Center of Excellence. You'll join a talented and collaborative global team that is agile, scaling and always challenging status quo.
