Palette Restaurant, part of Experience Gold Coast, is the city's only three Chef Hat-awarded dining destination, combining world-class food with art and culture. Led by Executive Chef Dayan Hartill-Law, our team is passionate about delivering unforgettable dining experiences with creativity, precision, and flair.
We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our front of house team at Palette. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in fine dining and wants to take their career to the next level.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants (preferred)
* Good knowledge of wine and beverage service (desirable)
* Understanding of classic cocktails and bar service (desirable)
* Interest in learning about ingredients, cooking techniques, and provenance (desirable)
* Professional personal presentation
* Positive and pro-active attitude
* Exceptional customer service skills
* General office administration and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Experience leading a Food and Beverage team
* An ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks
* An ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Excellent interpersonal skills with high level verbal and written communication
* An ability to work effectively under pressure
* Ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
Qualifications
* Responsible Service of Alcohol
* Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV) and Approved Manager's license (desirable)
