This is a fixed term contract role for one (1) year, to drive revenue through the collection of renewals and upselling opportunities in the Australia and New Zealand region.
Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing & driving revenue through the collection of renewals and upselling opportunities
Outbound calls to existing customers for the purpose of selling renewal contract
Managing the partners and distributors to ensure timely feedback was provided
Training the partners and distributors on the usage of Renewals Tool and responsible for managing inquiries on renewals
Track and measure daily sales goals vis Salesforce database
Build and maintain accurate account information in our CRM system.
Qualify and develop leads
Qualifications
Experience in making cold calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
Salesforce.com experience preferred, not required
Able to manage time, leads, and produce results
Strong presentation skills and negotiation skills.
Team player
Business English at minimum to be able to communicate well with our customers
Exposure to exciting and award-winning technologies in the Cyber Security industry
