* Work on a variety of heavy vehicles and equipment
The Opportunity
* Carry out scheduled corrective & and preventative maintenance services
* Work on trucks, trailers and heavy mobile equipment
* Perform fault diagnostics to detect mechanical and electrical faults
* Test drive and/or operate equipment to ensure repair has been completed correctly
* Repair or replace defective parts on all heavy vehicles and equipment
About You
* Experience as a Diesel Mechanic with a focus on training and mentoring
* Certificate III Automotive-Mechanical-Heavy Vehicle Road Transport
* Must have a team-focused attitude
* Heavy Rigid license (as a minimum)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
* In-depth knowledge of diesel engines and related systems
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
