This opportunity will suit a capable Architect who thrives on the documentation and delivery stages of design-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate documentation from Design Development through to project completion
Manage consultant coordination, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout all stages
Develop and oversee Revit standards and documentation systems within the practice
Contribute to construction detailing and project delivery for major multi-residential and mixed-use buildings
Skills & Experience
Minimum 7+ years' post-graduate experience within architecture
Proven background in multi-residential towers and complex mixed-use projects
Confident managing the documentation process and coordinating with consultants
Advanced Revit capability with strong BIM understanding
Thorough knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC and construction detailing
Strong communication and organisational skills, able to work collaboratively in a small, focused team
