The Role: Diary management: anticipating conflicts and pre-empting them and managing meetings across multiple time zones; Inbox management: action or address appropriate emails, flag high priority and important emails; Travel management: book and coordinate all necessary domestic and international travel; Document management: prepare presentations and materials for meetings. Review and draft reports and other documents; Stakeholder management: manage internal and external communication on behalf of the executives, this includes interaction with global leadership; and Board reporting: collate data and prepare board reports for both senior leaders. The Ideal Candidate: Established Executive Assistant who has supported at C-suite level; Superior communication skills with the ability to tactfully influence; Meticulous eye for detail and ability to work with minimal margin for error; Excellent commercial awareness and ability to interact with senior global stakeholders; and Proactive problem solver who looks to remain a step ahead.
