3. Future State Operating Model Design

* Contribute to the co-design of a future state operating model focused on collaborative innovation capabilities
* Define roles, responsibilities, governance, and ways of working
* Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on future state vision and design
* Translate strategic objectives into practical, implementable operating model components

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation

* Engage with client stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership
* Build strong, trusted relationships and work collaboratively to drive outcomes
* Design and facilitate workshops to support discovery, alignment, and co-design
* Clearly communicate complex ideas and translate them into actionable outputs

Qualifications & Experience Required

Candidates should bring:

* 5+ years' experience in management consulting or a professional advisory environment
* Proven ability to work independently and manage client relationships with minimal oversight
* Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, ideally within digital or technology-enabled environments
* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

* Experience in business process analysis, mapping, and optimisation
* Exposure to operating model design and/or organisational transformation
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality documentation
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working across business and technology teams
* Experience in workshop design and facilitation (highly desirable)
* Ability to work collaboratively within small, high-performing teams
