Artwork Lead Position
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute as a highly skilled Artwork Lead.
* Oversee and mentor a team of textile technicians and offshore artwork support specialists to ensure seamless production processes.
* Manage pre-production artwork, guaranteeing accuracy, colour correctness, and technical soundness.
* Review artwork scale, repeat, and placement to confirm readiness for print and production.
* Identify potential risks early on and troubleshoot issues before they affect the production floor.
* Drive digital adoption of CLO 3D and Adobe workflows to enhance efficiency and innovation.
* Maintain accurate documentation of artwork within internal systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion textiles, garment construction, print preparation, or production artwork, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. A deep understanding of garment construction, textile manufacturing, and print processes is also essential.
