Your new role
* Prepare and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
* Administer progress claims, variations, and payment schedules
* Support procurement and tendering processes
* Track project costs and assist with forecasting
* Liaise with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry
* Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset and team-first attitude
