**Job Title:** 3IC Stockroom Leader
The role of a stockroom leader is to oversee the effective management of stock and inventory within a retail environment. This includes ensuring that stockrooms are well-organized, maintained, and that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
This leadership position plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency, from replenishment and deliveries to stock handling and inventory management. A key member of the retail team, you will be actively involved on the shop floor, ensuring the Ultimate Customer Experience is delivered every time.
To excel in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a back-of-house logistics or similar role within a retail environment
* Experience in a store leadership or key holder role, supporting and motivating a team to achieve results
* Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
* A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, with a results-driven mindset
