Clinical Support Representative – Melbourne

Reporting to the Sales Manager, Recon, the Clinical Support Representative will provide clinical support and undertake training activities for products and services in the clinical environment, aligned with sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will maintain and develop relationships with customers.
What will you be doing?
* Providing exceptional clinical support to customers on products while maintaining high product knowledge.
* Supporting surgical procedures in hospital environments on a range of products as required.
* Managing the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in line with the sales strategy.
* Enhancing operating efficiencies, including managing surgeon preferences and integrating warehouse and customer service initiatives.
* Executing the shared calendar appropriately.
* Supporting the maintenance and development of customer profiles and preferences.
* Fostering teamwork, communication, and execution across the state sales team.
What will you need to be successful?
* Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting, or tertiary qualifications in science or a related medical discipline.
* Experience in orthopaedics and/or endoscopy is essential.
* Extensive understanding of orthopaedic and/or endoscopy products, industry terminology, and clinical knowledge.
* Good understanding of the operating theatre environment and surgical procedures.
* Knowledge of the Australian public and private healthcare systems.
* Basic selling skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
