Agricultural Equipment Assembler – Drive-In / Drive-Out (Wheatbelt, WA)

Join a well-established agricultural manufacturing team in the Wheatbelt, just two hours from Perth. We’re seeking a motivated Agricultural Equipment Assembler to take on a hands-on role assembling and finishing high-quality agricultural machinery.
What You’ll Do
Assemble machinery components following detailed drawings and build specifications
Fit hydraulic, mechanical and electrical subassemblies as required
Carry out quality checks and functional testing during assembly
Support workshop flow by preparing, staging and finishing machines for delivery
Operate hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery safely
Work closely with the production team to ensure build deadlines are met
Roster & Hours
Monday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm – Later start for driving in
Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 6:00 am – 5:00 pm – Earlier finish for driving out
Friday–Sunday: Rostered off
Drive-in / Drive-out from Perth (approx. 2 hours)
Accommodation provided Monday–Wednesday nights
Meal allowance for nights on site
Competitive hourly rate with optional extra hours
About You
Previous experience in machinery assembly, mechanical fitting, or agricultural equipment builds
Able to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions
Mechanically minded with attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Comfortable working independently and within a small, supportive team
Safety-focused, reliable and proactive
