Our Brisbane office is growing, and we're looking to hire an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in expanding our Accounting & Finance offering in Brisbane. This is a warm desk with strong client relationships, offering you the opportunity to take ownership of a proven market, while being supported by a collaborative and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end to end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles within Accounting & Finance
* Build and maintain long term relationships with both clients and candidates
* Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development
* Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking and market movements
* Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of quality talent through sourcing, networking and referrals
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider success of the team
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Accounting & Finance sector
* A track record of consistent billing and business development success
* Strong knowledge of the Brisbane Accounting market and key industries (e.g., professional services, commercial, or not-for-profit)
* Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
* Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for recruitment
