Our Brisbane office is growing, and we're looking to hire an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing team.
The Opportunity:
As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in expanding our Accounting & Finance offering in Brisbane. This is a warm desk with strong client relationships, offering you the opportunity to take ownership of a proven market, while being supported by a collaborative and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end recruitment process across permanent and/or contract roles within Accounting & Finance
Build and maintain long term relationships with both clients and candidates
Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development
Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarking and market movements
Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of quality talent through sourcing, networking and referrals
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider success of the team
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the Accounting & Finance sector
A track record of consistent billing and business development success
Strong knowledge of the Brisbane Accounting market and key industries (e.g., professional services, commercial, or not-for-profit)
Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills
Ambition, resilience and a genuine passion for recruitment
