Maintenance Operator Trainee is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in parks and horticulture.
This role involves maintaining over 100 hectares of public open space, including active reserves, streetscapes, gardens, facility surrounds, and bush reserves.
You will support the team in horticulture, turf management, and general parks maintenance, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn are essential for this role.
* BASIC KNOWLEDGE OR INTEREST IN horticulture, turf care, gardening, or environmental works is required.
* A current C class driver's licence (MR licence desirable) and Construction Induction Card (White Card) are necessary qualifications.
