Are you a detail-loving bookkeeper who thrives on clarity, systems, and supporting others? At Innocentric, we provide bookkeeping and strategic business analysis that helps business owners grow sustainable and profitable businesses—with a little more freedom in life, too.
We're looking for a warm, reliable and organised bookkeeper to join our small, dynamic team during a team member's maternity leave. You'll support a portfolio of 1–3 clients with complete bookkeeping duties and WorkflowMax (for one client).
💼 The Role (15–20 hrs/week over 3–4 days)
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for up to 3 clients.
WorkflowMax (BlueRock) and Xero responsibilities
Client communications with a professional and personable tone
Support via Karbon, Practice Protect, XBert, and Notion SOPs
Skill assessment in Xero is required.

Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (required)
Xero Certification (required)
2+ years' hands-on Xero experience (preferred)
Experience with WorkflowMax by BlueRock (desirable)
Confidence with digital systems and a methodical, systems-first mindset
Exceptional attention to detail
Friendly, clear communicator with a knack for solving problems and supporting clients
