About the Role

We're currently looking for a Guest Service Agent who's passionate, energetic, and ready to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, and payments using hotel systems (Infor PMS experience is a plus)
- Upselling hotel services such as room upgrades and late check-outs
- Responding to guest needs promptly and professionally
- Maintaining front desk presentation and cleanliness
- Working closely with all departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Keeping up with local happenings to offer tailored recommendations
- Attending regular training sessions and team briefings
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- A friendly, confident, and organised team player
- Someone with outstanding communication skills and a passion for hospitality
- High attention to detail and a flair for problem-solving
- A genuine interest in creating memorable guest experiences
