Level 2/3, IT Technician – Systems Administration & Support

At Evolution IT, we're seeking a proactive and experienced Level 2/3, IT Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for a dedicated technician with a passion for systems administration, cloud solutions, and cutting-edge IT support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound support calls, identifying and qualifying client issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in line with service level agreements.
* Support end-users in person, via phone, email, or remote access tools.
* Administer and support Microsoft 365, Intune ensuring seamless operations.
* Configure and troubleshoot networking systems, including firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless networks.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, printers, and other IT peripherals.
* Coordinate with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, troubleshooting guides.
Requirements:
* IT qualifications or relevant work experience.
* Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Intune
* Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and desktop OS environments.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a dedicated and flexible team.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Current Drivers license and vehicle.
