QLD | Full Time | Senior Leadership Role
A well-established national technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Territory Service Manager to lead service delivery, commercial performance and customer outcomes across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for territory performance — overseeing field services, minor works and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across 70–90 active sites/contracts. You will lead a team of 8–9 service professionals, driving operational excellence, financial outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction within a technically complex service environment.
Quarterly travel to the Northern Territory is required.
The Role
* End-to-end delivery of field services and minor works across the territory
* Financial performance including forecasting, cost control and margin management
* Protection and growth of recurring service revenue through effective SLA management
* Leading, coaching and developing a high‐performing service team
* Acting as the primary escalation point for clients, including senior stakeholders
* Engaging confidently at CIO/CTO level
* Supporting Sales with operational insights and service expansion opportunities
This role requires someone who can lead from the front both operationally and commercially, balancing technical service delivery, customer expectations and financial discipline.
About You:
* Proven leadership experience in field service operations and minor works programs
* Strong commercial acumen — budgeting, forecasting, SLA performance and revenue protection
* Experience managing multi‐site service environments (70+ contracts preferred)
* Confidence handling escalations and demanding stakeholders
* Strong communication skills across technical, operational and executive audiences
* Solid technical understanding of networking, service infrastructure and system refresh environments
* Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Electronics, Business or Project Management are desirable.
* White Card, Working with Children Check and ability to travel are required.
