AI Project Coordinator
This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the daily management of digital projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Your primary focus will be on streamlining workflows, managing project timelines, and facilitating effective communication among team members. As a result, you will drive the success of multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties
Project Planning and Timeline Management:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion.
Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
Act as the liaison between engineering, product, design, and marketing teams, promoting collaboration and ensuring all stakeholders are informed on project status and next steps.
Scope and Requirements Management:
Translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
Quality Assurance and Testing Coordination:
Oversee testing efforts and quality control processes, arranging test sessions and verifying deliverables to ensure compliance with requirements and UI/UX standards.
Release and Rollout Planning:
Develop and manage release plans, collaborating with key stakeholders to guarantee smooth deployment and readiness across departments.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders, tracking project progress and adjusting timelines or resources as needed.
Task Management and Prioritization:
Work with team leads to break down work into manageable tasks, guiding prioritisation based on business objectives and timelines.
Documentation and Transparency:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, next steps, and risks, ensuring company-wide transparency and alignment on project priorities and progress.
Key Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in technical project management, preferably with experience in digital or software development projects.
You'll need excellent interpersonal skills to maintain alignment across multiple teams and communicate effectively with technical teams.
A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard is essential.
In addition, you should have a solid understanding of software development processes and be comfortable adapting to shifting priorities.
