What You'll Do
* Lead and grow the Electrical team across multidisciplinary building services projects.
* Drive project delivery end-to-end — design leadership, integration, governance, risk and quality.
* Collaborate with Mechanical, Fire, Hydraulic and ESD colleagues to deliver seamless outcomes.
* Mentor and develop engineers and designers as you shape the discipline's future.
* Influence the standards, culture and strategic direction of the NT Building Services business.
What You'll Bring
* 15+ years in Electrical Engineering within building services consultancy.
* Operating at Senior/Principal level and ready for Associate Director responsibility.
* Strong technical leadership, project delivery capability and stakeholder management.
* Confidence, initiative and a collaborative style — someone who leads from the front.
* A passion for building teams, shaping projects and creating a positive legacy.
