Position: Speech Therapist (Speech Pathologist) – Full-Time

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 + Super (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a Speech Therapist / Speech Pathologist to join our team in Gisborne, Victoria, working across clinic-based, community and school environments.
This is a full-time position with flexibility in caseload design, allowing you to work within your areas of interest and clinical strengths.
You will provide assessment, intervention and reporting services to paediatric and/or adult clients, working collaboratively with families, support coordinators, schools and other allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based Speech Therapy assessments and interventions
* Support participants with communication, language, speech, social communication and/or swallowing needs (scope dependent on experience)
* Develop individualised therapy plans aligned with participant goals and functional outcomes
* Prepare high-quality clinical reports and NDIS documentation
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners
* Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with SPA, NDIS and organisational policies
About You
You will ideally have: (Skill Level)
* A recognised Bachelors Degree qualification in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership (or eligibility)
* Experience working with paediatric and/or adult caseloads
* Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
* NDIS experience (preferred but not essential)
* A current Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
